At any given point in time, rental accommodation and opportunities to purchase real estate are available. The Town of Broadview has a number of lots available for residential or commercial development. These lots are fully serviced with paving, curbing, water and sewer, and provincial utilities, and are available at reasonable cost. .

The Broadview Housing Authority manages an inventory of thirty one-bedroom units, and three three-bedroom single family dwellings. Preference is given to seniors for the one-bedroom units, however they are available on a monthly rental basis to non-seniors if space is available. All units are rented on a "need" basis. Contact the Town Office or Donna Brown at Broadview Housing Authority (306-696-3533) for application forms.
There are a quantity of newer and older residences for sale or rent. Lots for building are available from the town or private sale. Town owned lots are currently priced at reasonable rates for an un-serviced lot. Servicing to the dwelling is the responsibility of the owner
Stop by one of Broadview's restaurants and enjoy Canadian or ethnic food. Take a break and let the kids stretch their legs at the Kinette Playground, located on the south side of town.
Out of town properties and acreage are also available. Acreage in the Broadview area sells for between $240.00 and $260.00 per acre on average and a quarter section of land would sell for about $40,000.00.
